The HOA’s annual June meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 19th, 2013 at 7:00PM on the 23rd Avenue common area lawn.
Please bring a chair if you wish to sit during the meeting, otherwise dress for the weather that evening.

It is important that everyone attend this meeting. There will be a significant dues increase this year due to a number of major projects and we need as many of you there to participate in the discussion as possible.
The ‘Community Garage Sale’ organizer would like to know how many homeowners are still interested in having the ‘garage sale’. Please contact Julie @ jerichsen97@gmail.com or drop a comment to this post (click here). She would like to put out signs and post on Craigslist if people still interested.

Advertising and sandwich boards will be out. They are letting neighbors know so that you can benefit from the advertising and traffic if would like to hold your own garage sale that day. The more homeowners selling, the better the traffic, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
