Snohomish County PUD will be clearing the power-line right-of-way behind the homes on the south side of 211th in the coming weeks. Although the HOA owns this strip of land, the utility’s right-of-way and easement allows them unlimited access to maintain the lines. Part of this effort includes mowing this area whenever they need to access the area. We request your cooperation and patience during this time. A reminder that you should always call the police if you see any suspicious person, activity or vehicle in the neighborhood, 24 hours a day! It is better to have the police called for no reason, than to let a potential criminal victimize our neighborhood unchallenged. Do not be afraid to call 911. Neither the 911 dispatchers nor the police feel “bothered” to be called for a suspicious activity report. It is what they are paid to do, after all. Nor will a reasonable person be offended to be asked by the police why they are in the area, unless they are here doing something they shouldn’t be!

Let’s be vigilant at all times, and aggressive about keeping crime out of our neighborhood!
