For those of you that are unable to attend our annual meeting, next Tesday, please use this form to let someone else your vote on your behalf. The proxy form allows someone to vote for you on HOA matters, so choose who you give it to carefully, you are after all, giving them your vote! Also, the form can be downloaded from our ‘Docs Library‘ page! Let us know if you have any questions.
We are looking for volunteers for 9:00 AM this Saturday morning, June 11th, to plant trees and shrubs at the front entrance. These will be planted in the recently cleared area behind the sign. Please bring work gloves and a shovel/wheel barrow and meet us at the front entrance! We expect the total task to take only a few hours. The more volunteers, the quicker we get done! A reminder that the The Annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for June 28th at 07:00 pm on the 23rd Ave common area lawn, next to the storm drainage pond. By now, you should have received the letter mailed to all homeowners announcing the meeting. Also included in the mailing was a reminder notice for Homeowner’s Dues, which are due by July 01, 2011. The Chestnut Glen HOA Board is officially announcing today (click on the letter) a change in landscaping service provider to the HOA for all common areas and open spaces. The former provider, SURE LAWN will no longer be the HOA’s landscaper as of June 1st. Please welcome the new landscaper: MARTINEZ LANDSCAPING. We hope you are as excited as we are about the change and, as always, we wish to hear any feedback you have on the change or the service that the new landscaper will soon provide.
