Reminder of Dues Payment Policy/Schedule:

August 1st Payment due in full. August 5th Late fee of $50 added to original dues amount (Interest starts at 2%/month, or .5% per week). August 14th 2nd notice sent. August 21st 3rd and final notice sent via registered mail.

Three notices sent after which the past due account is sent to the HOA’s attorney for collection. Attorney adds his fee and may place lien on the property until paid. Late fee of $50 added the day after dues due date. The dates listed above might vary based upon the US Postal Services delivery schedule and any holidays.

Note: Special payment plan requests must be received in writing by HOA Treasurer no later than 7/30/18.

This bear just walked up on our front lawn @ 1:00pm on 2510 208^th Place

Please be advised, we are still working with the Mill Creek USPS regarding the set up of the new mail boxes. The work order for the set up has been in for two weeks with a rush request but they refused to provide a data & time as to when that will happen.

New keys will be issued as soon as the new mail boxes are set up.

HOA Board.

The mailboxes have been ordered immediately after the incident and were supposed to be delivered Friday, a week ago. At this time we did not receive the mailboxes.

Once the mailboxes are received and installed, HOA board will coordinate with USPS to assign boxes to each address, then we will coordinate with homeowners to sign off on the keys.
